What can I return?

You may return any new, unopened items sold by Piggyegg within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Ensure that products are sent back in their original packaging, with any tags still attached and that they are in excellent, working condition.

Keep in mind that you’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself, and no reimbursement for this is given. Make sure you obtain proof of postage from your postal service, just in case.

Returns which have been used, damaged or in any other condition which do not meet our standards, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

When will I get my refund?

You will receive an email confirmation from us once your return has been received and processed. Usually within 2-3 weeks of our receiving your returned item. After we receive and process your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.

If no package return has been received by Piggyegg, a refund cannot be issued. For this, we recommend the use of tracked shipping when returning goods.

Does Piggyegg offer replacements or exchanges?

Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item as long as it is available in stock. If a replacement is not available then we will process a refund for you and you are more than welcome to place another order for something else, instead.
